Please read these Terms carefully before using Everything Street or placing an order. They set out the rules for using our platform and your rights as a customer.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or purchase from Everything Street. Under Georgian law, legally binding contracts require full legal capacity, which begins at age 18. International buyers: You are responsible for ensuring that the products you order are legal to import and use in your country. Everything Street is not responsible for items seized or refused at customs.
When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately at hello@everythingstreet.ge if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However: • Beauty products: Ingredient formulations may vary between batches. Always check the physical label before use, especially if you have known allergies. • Tech products: Images are representative and may differ slightly from the actual item. • If you receive a product that materially differs from its description, you are entitled to a return or refund.
All prices are displayed in Georgian Lari (₾ GEL) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price. International customers: Payment is charged in GEL. Currency conversion fees are your responsibility.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We will send you an order confirmation email when your payment is processed — this is an acknowledgement, not an acceptance. A binding contract is formed when we dispatch your goods. We reserve the right to cancel any order, including cases of: • Product out of stock • Suspected fraudulent activity • Pricing error • Failure to obtain payment authorisation
All payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. Accepted methods: Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay. PCI DSS compliance: Your card details are transmitted directly to Stripe and never seen by Everything Street. Fraud screening: Stripe Radar analyses each transaction automatically. If your payment is declined in error, contact us at hello@everythingstreet.ge. Chargebacks: Please contact us before filing a chargeback. We are committed to resolving issues quickly.
All beauty products are cosmetics as defined by Georgian and EU regulations. They are not medicines or medical devices. Results vary between individuals. We recommend a patch test before using any new skincare product. Ingredients: Where available, ingredient lists are shown on product pages; please also check the product packaging. If you have known allergies, check before use. We select our products with care and do not sell products past their expiry date.
Legal guarantee: Georgian consumer law provides a mandatory 2-year legal guarantee. Software: Once activated or downloaded, the right of return does not apply unless the product is defective. Voltage: Georgia uses 220V / 50Hz. Verify compatibility before purchase. Lithium batteries: Products with lithium batteries may be subject to shipping restrictions. We will notify you if applicable. Third-party repair: Repairs by non-authorised providers may void the manufacturer warranty, but do not affect your statutory rights.
All content on everythingstreet.ge is owned by Everything Street or its licensors and is protected under Georgian and international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our express written permission.
When using our website, you must not: • Use the service for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems • Transmit malicious code or viruses • Harvest data by automated means • Submit fraudulent orders • Impersonate any person or entity • Disrupt or damage our website or services
To the maximum extent permitted by Georgian law, Everything Street's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order. We are not liable for: • Indirect, special, or consequential losses • Loss of profit or revenue • Loss or corruption of data These limitations do not exclude your statutory consumer rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia. EU and EEA customers: These Terms do not affect your rights under your local mandatory consumer protection laws. EU consumers may use the Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. UK customers: You retain rights under UK consumer protection law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered customers by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
